What does the licence do?+
It turns on exporting. Everything else in the app works either way: without a licence you can build and edit books, but not save them as print-ready PDFs.
Can I sell the books I make?+
Yes. The books you make are yours to sell, on Amazon KDP, Etsy or anywhere else, and to use any way you like. You may not resell or share the app or your licence itself.
Can I use marketplace graphics in books I sell?+
Yes. Graphics, pages and theme packs from the marketplace may be used in as many of your own books as you like, commercially or not. You may not resell or share the graphics themselves, on their own or repackaged.
Which computers does it run on?+
Windows 10 and 11, and Macs with Apple silicon (M1 or newer). One licence covers two computers at a time, and you can remove a computer from your dashboard to free a place.
My browser or Windows warns about the installer. Is it safe?+
Yes, the installer is signed. To continue: Edge: open the download list, click the three dots next to the file and choose Keep. Chrome: click the arrow next to the file and choose Keep. Windows: if it says the PC was protected, click More info and then Run anyway. Mac: if the app will not open, right-click it and choose Open.
